Facility Decommissioning / Demolition / Renovation
The nature of business
is dynamic which requires adapting to changes in the work environment. Business
leaders often times make decisions to alter their facilities to accommodate the
vibrant changes in the business environment.
When facility decommissioning,
demolition, or renovation is necessary, environmental regulations mandate
certain requirements of the business owner. These requirements include having a
thorough knowledge of the materials to be disturbed and the appropriate
response actions required. For example, Cessation of Regulated Operations (CRO)
rules mandate that business owners manage hazardous and regulated materials
appropriately. These mandates include investigating the nature of affected
materials, assigning appropriate response actions, and undertaking appropriate
management actions. Further, some of these actions are required under the National
Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP’s) and must be
addressed accordingly.
Environmental Support Network, Inc. has managed decommissioning,
demolition, and renovation projects ranging from small to large and work solely
for the best interests of the client in consideration of the appropriate
regulatory standards.
