Lead Testing and Inspection
Inspecting, testing, and
assessing the risk associated with lead based paint (LBP) is required in a
variety of circumstances.
The federal department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) places stringent guidelines on the assessment of lead based
paint in dwelling units. Moreover, the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) requires the knowledge of lead based paint on supporting
structures that are to be cut, sanded, burned, or scraped during construction
or renovation activities. Inspecting, testing, and assessing the risk
associated with lead based paint is the purview of Licensed Lead Risk
Assessors.
Environmental Support Network, Inc. can provide professionals that
are skilled, educated, and experienced in the assessment of risks associated
with lead based paint.
